Dylan is a sophomore at Lincoln High School and lived in Lincoln most of his young life. Art has always been his passion. He has not had much exposure to public artworks and decided to take on the Arts in Public Places Phase III challenge as an opportunity to grow. He has pushed himself, and challenged his capabilities with the help of some of the greatest art teachers in the area.
