Teri Tuttle is a retired tax professional with more than 30 years of experience working for the State of California, where she specialized in handling complex tax matters for multistate businesses. 

In retirement, Teri continues her commitment to service through volunteer work with the Art League of Lincoln, supporting local arts, creativity, and community engagement. In addition, she volunteers with Seniors First, delivering meals to seniors in need throughout the Lincoln area, as well as a volunteer baker for Cake4Kids, a national nonprofit that provides free custom birthday and celebration cakes to youth who might not otherwise receive one.
